Extremely helpful and pleasant. I had also called him between my appointments as I was concerned about dryness in my left eye and he got back to me promptly we discussed the issue and he advised me to see him in February. I feel it is important if it is possible to have the continuity with an optometrist as it builds trust and loyalty to the branch/ brand i.e. Boots as opposed to Specsavers (whom had mail - dropped me a free eye test).

He was extremely helpful and made time for me as I had forgotten when booking to mention I needed contact lenses. I would highly recommend George.

The eye care service was excellent. Various machine tests done before hand to obtain as much information about your eyes as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which made the service painless.
